You are trusting us with family photographs. Here is exactly how long we hold them, and what we never do with them.
How long we keep your photos
- If you don’t purchase: your upload and its previews are purged automatically within 48 hours.
- If you purchase: your photo and its restoration are retained only through order fulfillment plus a 30-day reprint/support window — so we can fix or reprint anything without asking you to re-upload — then purged automatically.
The purge is a real scheduled job that runs every few hours, not a policy sentence. Deleted means deleted.
What we never do
- Your photos are never used as training data.
- Your photos are never shared, sold, or licensed.
- Your photos never appear in our gallery or marketing unless you explicitly say yes when we ask after delivery. Silence means no.
What we collect
The photo you upload, your email address (for delivery and your order record), your shipping address when you order prints (passed to our print partner solely to ship your order), and an optional “needed by” date so we can prioritize time-sensitive orders.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers.

Want something deleted sooner? Reply to any email from us and it’s done — no forms, no process.
